When you send an appointment request, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode and address, the treatments you choose, details about existing nail product, your preferred day and time, and any notes you add.
How we use it
We use these details to review your request, check coverage and availability, contact you, agree appointment details and price, provide your treatment, and deal with payment, aftercare or any issue about the booking.
Why we are allowed to use your details
For appointment requests and bookings, our lawful basis is to take steps at your request before a contract and to provide the service if you book. For required payment and tax records, our lawful basis is to meet our legal obligations.
Services that help us
Booking requests are sent through Supabase. Hello Honey Mobile Nails uses Resend to send booking-related emails. Stripe processes deposit payments through its secure checkout. These providers receive the information needed to provide their part of the service. Your card details are entered on Stripe Checkout; they are not stored by this website.
How long we keep booking details
We keep your contact details and appointment notes while we arrange and provide your appointment. We aim to delete or anonymise them within 90 days after the appointment is completed and the payment is settled.
If a refund, complaint, payment dispute or other booking issue is still open, we keep only the details needed to deal with it. We delete or anonymise those details when the issue is resolved, as soon as we reasonably can.
We may need to keep basic payment and business records for longer to meet tax or accounting requirements. We keep only what is needed for that purpose.
Your choices and questions
Depending on the situation, you may ask to see a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, object to its use, or request a portable copy. Some rights apply only in certain circumstances. We may need to keep records where a tax or accounting requirement applies.
