Here is how to cancel an appointment and what happens to your 40% deposit.
Before your appointment is confirmed
Sending an appointment request does not confirm a booking. You can withdraw your request at any time before Hello Honey Mobile Nails accepts it, without paying a cancellation charge.
Our 48-hour deposit rule
Once your appointment is confirmed, we will refund your 40% deposit in full if you cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment start time. Please email artemidaballiu35@gmail.com as soon as you can and include your name and appointment date.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is not automatically refundable under this policy. Please contact us promptly and we will consider your circumstances. This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
If Hello Honey Mobile Nails cancels your confirmed appointment, we will refund your deposit in full.
Your legal cancellation rights
When you book online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after the booking contract is made. This right is separate from our 48-hour deposit rule and is not removed by it. To use this right, email us before the 14-day period ends with a clear message that you want to cancel.
If you ask us to start the service during that 14-day period and then cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for work already carried out, where the law allows. If the service is fully completed during that period, the cancellation right ends only where you asked us to start early and acknowledged that the right would end when the service was complete.
Where a refund is due under your legal cancellation rights, we will make it within 14 days using the original payment method.
