These terms explain how appointment requests, deposits and mobile nail services work. Your written appointment confirmation will include the details agreed for your visit.

Who you are booking with
Hello Honey Mobile Nails is the trading name of Artemida Balliu. We provide mobile nail services in North London, subject to postcode and availability.

Services and prices
The treatments and starting prices are shown on our services page. Nail art starts from £5. Some treatments may cost more depending on the design. We will confirm your chosen treatment, final price, appointment time and any travel cost with you before the appointment is confirmed. We will not add a charge that you have not agreed to.
Requests, confirmation and payment
Sending the form on our booking page is an appointment request, not a confirmed booking. We check availability and postcode coverage, then contact you with the details. You do not pay when you send the request.
If we can accept your request, we will email you a secure Stripe payment link for a 40% deposit. Your appointment is confirmed only after the deposit has been paid and Hello Honey Mobile Nails has confirmed the appointment details with you. The remaining balance, when it is due and how to pay it will be confirmed with you before the appointment.
Changing or cancelling an appointment
Please email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Changes depend on availability. Our deposit refund rule and instructions for cancelling are on the cancellations and deposits page. Your legal cancellation rights are separate and still apply.
For online service bookings, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after the booking contract is made. If you want the appointment to take place within those 14 days, we will ask you separately to request this in writing. If you then cancel after the service has started, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided, where the law allows. If the service is fully completed after your request and acknowledgement, the legal cancellation right may end when it is complete.

Our service and your rights
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under consumer law.
